When our customers visit any of our sites, they can look forward to meeting our highly trained sales representatives who will show you our wide range of homes. Once you have chosen your dream house, our sales representative will advise which options are avilable and you can then choose your preferred location on our site.

Gold Key Orientation

At Al Tahaluf, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service. One the key services we offer is the Gold Key Orientation (GKO). Our GKO process ensures our homeowners feel confident they are buying from a company that puts customers first.

When your property is ready,
one of our quality assurance consultants will set up a "GKO Walk"
where you and the consultant walk through your new home together.
The consultant will provide all the relevant warranties and service documentation
and any snags can be addressed immediately before the handover.

OVERVIEW

WARRANTY & CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT

Once a homeowner closes on their new home, they will get 30 days from the closing date to point out issues or comments concerning items that are not warrantable. Once the 30 days period is over the homeowner’s warranty starts.

KEY POINTS:

Whilst every care has been taken to create the perfect home, occasionally issues arise. We have a dedicated customer service team that will deal with any problems should they occur.
All homeowners will receive certified warranty documents.
2 years warranty on electrical & plumbing materials. During the 3rd year, any expense of the services will be split 50/50 between the company and customer.
10 years warranty on the core construction from Al Tahaluf.
10 years warranty on water proofing from Al Tahaluf.
25 years warranty for the electric panel from the supplier.
5 years warranty on the water tank from the supplier.
1 year warranty on garage door from the supplier.
3 years warranty on all water heaters from the supplier.
